Nestled by the tranquil shores, Hotel Vergos offers a delightful culinary experience at its famed restaurant, Gousto. During my stay, I had the pleasure of indulging in a menu that celebrate the rich tapestry of Italian, Greek, and international cuisine, all crafted from traditional recipes and local produce. The standout dish was without a doubt the gigantic Gousto pizza; its crust, perfectly crisped, paired beautifully with an array of fresh toppings. The ambiance was inviting, enhanced by the gentle sounds of waves lapping against the shore. It was refreshing to enjoy meals at the ocean's edge, allowing for a picturesque backdrop during dining. The staff at the hotel mirrored the warmth of Irish hospitality, ensuring every need was met, from recommendations to prompt service. The pool bar also provided a delightful space to unwind, offering refreshing drinks to complement the tasty snacks. Hotel Vergos is a hidden gem for culinary enthusiasts, providing a memorable dining experience.
